Group Registration Instructions (4 or more artists sharing a space)
To register as a group for the 2025 Port Townsend & Surrounding Areas Artist Studio Tour:

  1. Review the Participation Guide before registering.

  2. Host Location Responsibilities:

    • The host of the shared studio should complete the main registration form (available at checkout)

    • Pay the group registration fee

    • Fill out the form on behalf of themselves

  3. Additional Group Members:

    • Each additional artist must complete their own registration form

    • Use the discount code sharedstudio at checkout for no additional fee

All participating artists must email an image of their work for the studio tour website to:

Early bird registration fee of $200 is available through April 2025. After April 30th, registration is $275, and dependent on availability. If you are registering more than one artist at a studio, or registering an artist collective or organization, contact us for a registration code. Given the nature of organizing this event and printed materials, there are no refunds. If you need to drop out, please email us as soon as possible so that we can remove your studio from website and map.
